Robbin Blackert : Chairman
Robbin Blackert was elected as the first woman Chairman of the Whiteside County Republican Central Committee on March 5, 2008.  She has served as a precinct committeeman for the past 4 fours and Vice-Chairman for 2 years.  As Chairman, Robbin’s main focus is on making the Whiteside Republican Party more of a presence in the community and regaining majority control of the county board.  She believes that whenever an organization is active and visible within a county, it is much easier to attract new members and build the organization.  Fundraising and party building are the keys to successfully electing Republicans to any office and that will be the biggest obstacles for the Whiteside Republicans.  Robbin has been a legislative assistant to State Representative Jerry Mitchell, (R-Sterling) since June of 2003 and is very active with statewide politics and campaigns.  Robbin is married with 1 son and resides in Prophetstown.
